TOSTAYin.com is an hotel booking portal specialized in Italian Hotels.

It's part of a reservation portals network, which belongs to TOSTAYin.com S.r.l. (then called ToStayIn) an on-line tourist company in Naples . Our aim is to simplify hotel reservation on-line by connecting customers and Hotel owner. The services we offer are based on the information provided by hotels, for this reason we are not responsible for any inaccurancies, suspensions or lack of information.

Privacy.

Your personal data will not be conveyed to a third part. For any further information, please see the Privacy conditions .

Free service.

Our service is completely free. Any added taxes will be added to the room rate.

Credit card.

Hotels usually request your credit card details just as a guarantee of reservation, and they will be sent only to the hotel you have booked. We do not debit any amount on your credit card and you can pay direct at the hotel. The reservation is made directly at the hotel. Your credit card details are used strictly in confidence and every transaction is guaranteed at 100%. In case of any illegitimate use or abuse, we will refund you 50.00 euros, while your credit card company will give you the amount of money left over.

Cancellation

Please check on your email confirmation if you want to cancel a reservation. If your cancellation meets the Hotel deadline you will not incur any charges. In case of cancellation after the deadline or in case of no-show the Hotel will debit on your credit card the amount for the first night.

Exemption of duties

All the information on our website has been checked carefully, even though there may be inaccurancies. If in doubt, please check before going ahead in any operation. The copyright of the information on the website belongs to ToStayIn, our company has been registered in Italy and the Italian law is therefore enforced on our system.

Information about privacy

Customers personal data and credit card details are required just to guarantee the best service. This information is used strictly in confidence and given only at the hotel, to allow the identification of the customer during the check-in or to inform him about any changes. For any reason ToStayIn will not give your personal data to a third party, moreover we adhere to strict privacy rules in the personal data processing, in order to avoid unauthorized accesses or illegitimate use, according to the European law about Privacy.

Information about credit card and privacy procedure .

We do not debit any taxes on your credit card, which is just a guarantee of reservation. You will pay your stay direct at the hotel. Your personal data and credit card details are given to the hotel by a secure server, a safe protected channel provided of the most advanced technologies, which do not allow the coding of the data. The coding method is part of the standard “Secure socket Layer SSL” with the issue of a Server SSL certificate by Geotrust. Moreover, we use a firewall to protect our server and network against any illegitimate use, (assuring the transfer of the personal data). In any illegitimate use or abuse, we will refund you with a maximum amount of 50,00 euros. The credit company/institute will have to refund you the amount left over. Your credit card details will be kept safe until you will arrive at the hotel and then they will be destroyed.

Check personal data

You can check on your personal data whenever you wish. You have every right to check on your personal account and request your data sending an email to customer@tostayin.com with “personal data request “ as subject.

When does T. contact the customer?

After having booked you will receive a confirmation email with reservation details. We suggest to bring a copy of the email with you at the Hotel, in case of any inconvenience. ToStayIn might send you a survey message after your stay to know your opinion about the Hotel you had stayed in. If you are not interested in answering our survey, tell us and you will not receive our emails anymore. After filling in the reservation form you will find a link to log the ToStayIn newsletter, whenever you want you can log out of this service.
