The hotel has 22 rooms and 4 suites fiinely furnished of all conforts: air conditioning, bar fridge, music diffusion, safe box, satellite TV, bath and shower, hair -drier, total insonorization. Something better than the ufficial category.
The furnitures , the final touches, the accessories, we left nothing by chance.
Villa Luisa rooms, most them are panoramic with a wonderful sea view on Pozzuoli bay and Capri Island , have private terrace or balcony with a direct light service.
The Villa Luisa residence, in the building just in front of the sea in Campi Flegrei Riviera, is caracterized by 11 spacious panoramic two rooms, with kichnette, air-conditining. 8 of them have a private terraces with sea view on the Castello di Baia and Capri island. In mediterranean style, the architecture exalts the wonderful picture of "Phlegrean Fields".

Villa Luisa is ideally located in Pozzuoli, just 15 km away from Napoli which is just 20 minutes distance by train. The property is located in the heart of Phlaegrean Fields and near the mythical Averno Lake. Villa Luisa can be found in a natural haven under the slopes of Monte Nuovo which is opposite to Capri, Ischia and Procida.

BY TRAIN
From the train/metro station "CAMPI FLEGREI" in Naples, you can take the "Cumana" in Tecchio Square, direction Torregaveta, and you have to get off in LUCRINO. Villa Luisa is just in front of the station exit, 50mt on the right. If you arrive in NAPOLI CENTRALE, you have to take the cube-metro downstairs the central station, direction Pozzuoli and get off in "Campi Flegrei". Outside the metro station, 200mt stright on, there is the "Cumana" station (time to get: 25-40 min).
BY BUS
SEPSA BUS, direction Torregaveta. You have to get off in Lucrino, the bus stop is just in front the hotel (time to get from the center: 25').
BY AUTO
From the AUTOSTRADA (Highway) take the exit "NAPOLI-Tangenziale di Napoli" then the exit nr 14 "ARCO FELICE-POZZUOLI", 2 km from the hotel. From the exit you have to go down for 300mt, and take the tunnel on the right side. After the tunnel, 300mt on the right you'll find Villa Luisa. Out of the tangenziale follow the Villa Luisa's signs.
BY PLANE
Capodichino Airport, 18km far from the hotel. If you need a taxi or yu want to rent a car, please call directly the hotel to have the best price (time to get: 15').

The Lake Lucrino located 200 m away or the mythical lake Avernus 500 m away from hotel Villa Luisa, believed to be the entrance to Hade. At the slopes of an extinct volcano, the youngest mountain in Europe, formed after a volcanic eruption in 1538 and now naturalistic oasis makes a very picturesque spot. Ideal for walking and horse riding. 500 m from the fixed thermal centre is Stufe di Nerone, easily reached on foot or by bike passing the lake Lucrino. The Pozzuoli Flavian Amphitheatre situated in the center of the city was built by the Emperor Vespasian, the temple of Serapis, the Solfatara and many other places. It is possible from the Baia harbour (1 km from Villa Luisa) to take excursions to the islands of Ischia or Procida or to 'the submerged city' (in front of the hotel) via special boat. The Villa Luisa hotel has 22 soundproofed rooms and 4 suites finely furnished with all comforts:
air conditioning, frigobar, safe box, satellite TV, bath and shower, hairdryer. The furniture, the final touches, the accessories, all have been very carefully chosen.
Most of our rooms have wonderful panoramic views of the sea over Pozzuoli Bay and Capri Island and they have private terraces or balconies. A panoramic solarium is on the top of the building.
The Villa Luisa residence, the building just in front of the sea, has 11 spacious apartments, each with a cooking corner, bathroom and panoramic view. Eight of them have a private sea view terrace over Castello di Baia and Capri Island.
Finely furnished with all comforts: air conditioning, safety box, bar, fridge, satellite TV, private service and private washing machine. Furnished in a mediterranean style with elegant elements.
Breakfast is available in the main hotel, with a daily supplement for those staying in the residence.

Wellness center: Inside Villa Luisa hotel there's a beauty farm with sauna , turkish bath , massage room; water massage, thermal baths with slimness and anti- wrikles mud therapy, moving staircase, estetic treatments and burning shower. But the most important elements of our beauty farm is DAYSPA MARC MESSEGUE, a special cell creates for a psychophisyc regenetion. An hour treatment even in a complete indipendence where you can choise between a slimness Action, a regeneration action and detoxicate action. The cell can be used by a single person or a couple.
Solarium: A very panoramic solarium is on the top of the building of the hotel.
