Hotel des Artistes Naples is located in the heart of the old Neapolis at few steps from the Duomo of San Gennaro (the picture on the left), place where every year takes place the famous "blood's miracle". Its position is perfect, in fact it is located near to the grecian decuman of the historical center, Museo Archeologico Nazionale is reachable by foot in few time, and the embark for the islands of Capri, Ischia and for Sorrento is only at ten minutes. Furthermore the underground station of Piazza Cavour, is very near and it grants an easy link to the most typical places of Naples.
Hotel des Artistes is a very typical hotel, obtained by the restoration of many historical flats of one of the most old and beautiful buildings of Via Duomo.

We are in the heart of the Greek-Roman city. Nearby you can visit many places of interest such as: the Duomo of San Gennaro; the church and convent of Santa Maria Donnaromita; Palazzo Brancaccio; Santa Maria di Montevergine; Palazzo Como, which houses the Gaetano Filangieri Civic Museum; the cloister of Divino Amore.

By plane:
From airport Capodichino take the Alibus and get off at "Piazza Garibaldi" in front of the Central Station. Follow the above instructions.
By train:
The main railway station in Piazza Garibaldi is about 1 Km away.
From "Napoli Centrale" railway station, in "Piazza Garibaldi", you can reach the Hotel by public transportation. There are three ways:
1) Take the bus CS and get off at the last stop of "Via Duomo", then walk on your right hand side and after 20 meters you will arrive at house no.16
2) Take the bus 201 from the station and get off at "Via Foria"; from there you can reach the Hotel walking down "Via Duomo".
3) Take Metro (direction Pozzuoli) and get off at the first stop in "Piazza Cavour". Get out of the station and walk into "Via Foria" for about 170 meters, then turn right into "Via Duomo". After 80 meters you will find us on your left hand side.
By car:
From the Highway A1 exit at "Napoli Centro-Porto", continue in "Via Nuova Marina", and turn right into "Via Carlo Troya". Turn right into "Corso Umberto I" and continue towards "Piazza Nicola Amore", after 200 meters turn right into "Via Miroballo" that becomes "Via Del Grande Archivio". Drive for about 200 meters and turn right into "Via San Biagio Dei Librai". Turn left into "Via Duomo" and drive until you reach house no.16.
By Boat:
From the main port go in via Marina for 300 metres, and turn left in via Duomo. From there you can go on feet for 10 minutes or take a bus until the last stop of the street.

We are located in "Via Duomo", that is one of the most elegant shopping area in the city, also well known for its restaurants and pizzerias. Thanks to our location, guests can easily reach the Archaeological Museum, Spaccanapoli, S. Gregorio Armeno, S. Gennaro Cathedral. The port to Capri is only 1 km far and trains to Pompei/Sorrento are at 900 meters.

Hotel Des Artistes, recently renovated, is a small three-star hotel housed in one of the most ancient building of "Via Duomo". Our personnel, always at your disposal, are delighted to receive its welcome guests in elegant rooms which are perfectly sound-proofed, extremely comfortable, accessorized with furnishings and fittings of exclusive refinement.
The Hotel consists of eleven rooms of different types (single, double/twin, triple and quad), equipped with all modern comforts and nicely refined in order to give a feeling of being home while away from home and to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers, also thanks to its location.
