Our apartments are made to please both the business and the leisure travellers. They offer the confort and the ease of Naples' economic and commercial district with its attractions, traditions and culture.
Each apartments is different from the other. That's why they are named after the most evocative neapolitan areas and quartiers such as Capodimonte, San Ferdinando, Medina or Montesanto.

Case Cosė's apartments are a home in the heart of Naples, where you can live for short periods of time.

FROM THE HARBOUR (Molo Beverello):
it's 10 mins walking. Cross piazza Municipio, then, keeping the left hand side, head toward piazza Trieste e Trento. Take via Toledo and then walk up the third street on the left, via Sergente Maggiore, for 30 meters until you reach number 21.
FROM CAPODICHINO AIRPORT:
ALIBUS shuttle leaves every half hour. The ticket costs 3 euros. It stops in piazza Municipio. From here you can follow the same instructions from the harbour.
FROM CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION:
catch R2 bus which stops in piazza Trieste e Trento. Take via Toledo and then walk up the third street on the left, via Sergente Maggiore, for 30 meters until you reach number 21.
FROM HIGHWAY:
if you are on the A1 highway Milan-Naples or the A3 Salerno-Naples take the "Napoli Porto" exit. Drive down via Marina until piazza Municipio. Then reach piazza Trieste e Trento and take via Nardones. At the end of this street you will find the parking on your left, where you can leave the car. From here walk down via Nardones until piazza Sant'Anna di Palazzo and take the second on the right. Case Cosė is just ten meters on the right.

Case Cosė's apartments are located in the lower part of the Quartieri Spagnoli only 30 meters from the well-known via Toledo and Galleria Umberto I. This is the heart of the city, where everything is within reach: all the architectural and historical milestones of Naples, the shopping streets and all you need for the day-by-day purchases.
In the proximity of the building you will find piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, S.Francesco di Paola basilica and the entrance of the Napoli Sotterranea tour. The pedestrian street via Chiaia will quickly lead you to the elegant area of piazza dei Martiri and via dei Mille.
I Quartieri Spagnoli
The origins of this fascinating neighbourhood , with its maze of narrow cobblestone streets and alleys, date back to the Spanish sovereignty of Naples. The Viceroy Don Pedro da Toledo in 1550 ordered the construction of new buildings to house the troops of the empire, but, from the very beginning, this area was peopled by true Napolitans, belonging to every social class.
Noble palaces shared the streets alongside tiny popular constructions with small size apartments and shops, the so-called "quartini", for craftsmen, workers and merchants. The ground floor rooms were the typical "bassi", where the scenery of neapolitan shady underground life unfolded.
This picturesque cohabitation renders the solar and multiform spirit inherited by the neapolitan people.

Twenty-six flats (from 30 to 70 sq. meters), located in two historical buildings entirely renovated.
Each apartment has indipendent heating system, bathroom with shower, Tv and a fully equipped kitchen.
