WELCOME TO HOTEL CARAVAGGIO!
Caravaggio Hotel was established in December 2001. It is located in the historical centre of the city of Naples and occupies part of an ancient noble building (XVII century) and has been restored according to the most modern standards, though respecting its former style.
The hotel reception and hall share the same precious flooring of the square outside to be organic with the latter.
Hotel rooms offer every comfort in a warm and friendly atmosphere: air conditioning, sat-TV, telephone, Internet-ready access, bar and - in some of them - whirlpool shower.
Hotel living rooms include a large breakfast hall, bar, reading-room, meeting-room (up to 50 guests) and a small business office fully equipped with Internet-ready PC, fax, telephone and photocopier.

Caravaggio Hotel is located in the nice square behind the Duomo of Naples where visitors can wonder in front of the recently restored and re-opened Royal Chapel of St Gennaro's treasure.

From the railway station in Piazza Garibaldi : only 500 m far you can reach the Hotel by bus n. R2, CS and C55 and get off in Corso Umberto I-Piazza Nicola Amore from where is possible to get to the Hotel trough Via Duomo.
In Piazza Garibaldi is also possible to take Metro (direction Pozzuoli) and get off at the first stop in Piazza Cavour. Highways are little further to move by car.
Also other bus 201 from the station arrives in Via Foria from where you can reach the Hotel trough via Duomo.
Molo Beverello, where you can sail to Ischia, Capri, Procida and the other gems in the Gulf of Naples, is only 700 m away.

Various ages of the city history meet in pleasant stylistic mosaics, whose features are the armonic differences never actually contrasting one another.
Ancient ruins of Greek and Roman age are still in view in medieval or Renaissance works and elements from these are often recognizable in younger monuments and buildings, as everything had been previously arranged by the local genius.
Caravaggio Hotel is an ideal starting point to visit the city of Naples, but it is perfect to scout the surroudings as well, thanks to its closeness to the transport facilities of the city.
Pompei, Ercolano and Sorrento can be comfortably reached with Circumvesuviana Railways from Piazza Garibaldi, only 500 m far. Highways are little further to move by car.
Molo Beverello to sail to Ischia, Capri, Procida and the other gems in the Gulf of Naples is only 700 m away. From there, it is possible to catch the Metropolitana del Mare leading to Costiera Amalfitana, Salerno and the Litorale Flegreo.
Events in the city of Naples follow one another throughout the year: from the "Maggio dei Monumenti" in May, till the exhibits of "presepe" (nativity scenes) in the craftshops of the artists of San Gregorio Armeno in December.

Caravaggio Hotel has a total of 18 rooms:
double with single use, double or twin, triple and quadruple on request and 3 suites. One room is reserved for disabled people. Many rooms have ancient walls and wooden ceilings dating back to the XVII century. One of the suites has a terrace overlooking a fascinating square in the historical centre of the city.
Other rooms have windows and balcony from which you can admire some of the ancient streets of Naples, Via Tribunali (also known as "Spaccanapoli"). Our soundproof rooms are very large and bright, fully equipped with all modern comforts such as: satellite TV, Mini-bar, Air Conditioning, Direct Dial Telephone, Safe, Internet Connection, Hairdryer and Hydro-bath.
