What ToStayIn is?

ToStayIn means a quick and easy way to book hotel accommodations on-line.

The routine is very simple: you just need to follow the booking steps , choose an accommodation, insert your credit card number and your room will be reserved.

Which are the steps to follow to book an accommodation with the ToStayIn?

Few and easy operations are necessary:

1.Search a Hotel (searching for period, stars, room type, area)

2.Check the Hotel availability

3.Sum-up the reservation and fill in the form with your personal data and credit card number, as guarantee of reservation.

After these steps the reservation will be confirmed and sent to the Hotel you have chosen, which will run it on the website ToStayIn; the user will receive an email with username and password to have access at the booking area, where he will be able to deal directly with the Hotel. This system guarantees a reliable way of communication between the Hotel and the ToStayIn user, who can chose and book by himself the solution he most desires.

How can I log in?

You do not need to be logged in ToStayIn to send a reservation request.

During the booking process you have to insert your email address (which is your username) then you will get your password that together with the reservation details will be sent to the system. By this time, your personal account will be created and you will be able to check on the reservation details and delete it if you want to.

Is the reservation confirmed immediately?

Yes, the reservation will be confirmed immediately.

ToStayInis an immediate confirmation portal, so you will receive an email with the reservation details and the Hotel number and address.

How and when do I have to pay?

You can choice as you want to pay during the check out at the Hotel.

To send your reservation at the Hotel you have to give us your credit card number, but just as a guarantee of reservation, we will not debit any amount on it and your credit card details will be protected by a safe and criptographyc system.

Shall I pay any added taxes?

All taxes are included in the room rate, extras and other services are not included.

…..what about any other costs?

ToStayIn is a free service. You will have to pay only the rate agreed during the on-line booking, without any added taxes.

If the reservation will be cancelled or in case of no show ToStayIn will not debit any sum on the customer credit card and the penalty will be credited at the Hotel.

How can I check for the Hotel availability?

A list with Hotels available will appear on the screen after you will have inserted check-in and check-out dates. On the screen, at the end of the “availability column” you will see the “book”, which indicates hotels' availability for the period you have requested.

Is the price indicated per room/per person?

The price is indicated per room/per night.

Is the breakfast included in the rate?

It is usually, anyway you can find out more information about breakfast and conditions in the reservation form.

How can I cancel a reservation?

Every reservation may be cancelled by getting access on your personal account, inserting your username and password. In order to avoid any kinds of penalties from the Hotel, please meet the cancellation deadline or if you do not please contact directly the Hotel, which has the right to cancel it without asking any penalty.

How to cancel a reservation:

Click on “your reservation” at the bottom of ToStayIn homepage, insert your email address and password and wait until your reservation list will appear on the screen.

Then click the link “delete” on the reservation you want to cancel.

Your reservation will be deleted on Our system and you will not have to contact the Hotel. Please click on “your reservation” again to be sure it has been truly deleted.

Is it possible to modify a reservation?

This function is not available. If you want to modify a reservation you have to delete the old one and fill in a new form . If you would like to delete a reservation later than the cancellation policy deadline, you will have to contact the Hotel.

What do you mean for a double room: two twins or one king?

The user can choose what type of double room he wants to book during the reservation process.
